Jeff Richfield
Founder/ Owner

Jeff has been a builder most his life. Even as a young boy building forts and treehouses in the woods he has always felt at home. He now lives on a farm with his wife and two sons, four horses and pet pig, "Roofus." As an active supporter of many causes, Jeff is passionate about MCR's mission to give back to the community with service and resources.

James Richfield
Project Manager/Business Operations

James graduated from Belmont University in 2016 with a Major in Entrepreneurship. During his college career, he travelled around the world and rode across the USA with five best friends to raise funds for charity. He currently is a Project Manager at Music City and also serves on the associate board of The Nashville Symphony.
