Daniel and James worked effectively with my insurance company to assess storm damage. They very thoroughly explained the roof installation process and patiently answered all of my questions. The installation process went smoothly, and my new roof is beautiful! I highly recommend Music City Roofers!
Fantastic experience-highly recommend
We are late leaving this review but we had to have our roof replaced after damage from the windstorm last year. Our experience from start to finish with this company was really great. The level of communication was perfect. Zach and his team helped us through the insurance portion and kept us well informed. They were patient and helpful throughout the process and were unwaveringly pleasant and professional. Our roof looks great and we’ve received compliments. They made the process less painful. We would highly recommend them.

Roof Replacement
Today, they started working on replacing my roof. Courtland Young did a great great with the inspection and working with my insurance company and keeping me updated with the plan. Kudos to the crew lead by Abraham - they're honest and thorough. My husband accidentally dropped his cellphone on the driveway, we were stressed looking for it but one of the crew found it and gave it to us promptly. My husband bought them lunch :)

I am very pleased with this company. Benjamin was informative about every area of the project. I was comfortable and happy with this company. Before Benjamin, we dealt with 2 other contractors who weren't willing to deal with the insurance company's foolishness and willingness to be fair with allowing the work to be done.. Music City Roofers (Benjamin) worked with me as well as constantly communicating with the Insurance company.
